Improvement to electricity network - Sensors, switches, etc.

Hello, I just want to make a quick suggestion for the electricity network. How about introducing switches and sensors which can be connected by red/green wire and with which electricity can be controlled. For example you could disable certain areas of your factory if usage is very high and similar.

This would need more development but I thought I would propose it.
