[0.15.5] Heat pipes not glowing

Not sure if this is a bug or was scrapped, but looking at the lua definition heat pipes are supposed to glow above 350°C, which isnt working ingame. Heat pipes look the same whether hot or cold.

Hi, the glowing will be re-added later in 0.15 or in 0.16. We needed more time to work on it, and decided it was not priority for experimental 0.15 release.
