[0.15.3] Nuclear Reactor tooltip incorrect

Today i was testing Factorio's new Nuclear power and i did the math for 1 nuclear fuel and the energy usage is incorrect, the tooltip says its 40 MW, but this is incorrect according my calculation its 45 MW.

What calculations did you use to find this error?
