[0.15.3] Robot does not know what to do?

I have a problem with a robot. Down on the map, on left from copper mine.

Robot is hang. Comes in to chop tree.. hoes recharge and comes back... and its a loop.

The robot is trying to rebuild the roboport but the tree is in the way. You need more robots so the tree gets removed and then he'll build the roboport.

There is plently of robots.. just realized it was outside of current green area.. just one unit out and it couldn't take it out.
