Train spawning rail

Hello!

I am trying to build some sort of adventure map.
and it would make it a lot easier for me to have a mod for my plans.
my plans are makeing a game like CrossyRoads for the phone.
but instead of using many trains on a big network i want to have many single tracks next to each other.
so i want to have 2 new track entitys one that spawns trains makes them automaticly start driving.
and one who just kills the trains when they are on that track entity.
the one who spawns the trains on top of itself needs to have like some sort of interface where you can set the trains setup for the station the train needs to travel.
I hope you get what im trying to say with this text and someone has the time and knowledge to help me.
