[0.15.2][Twinsen] Lamp: use signal color not woking

Hello,

when you try to color a Lamp by using a wirre condition, it only works for the Standart option (>)
all the other will also switch the lamp on but without color. (i tested it with a redsignal)

also the update to 0.15.3 did not fix it

It's like that by design(please read the 'Use colors' tooltip). Color control and enable/disable work independently.

While slightly confusing, it offers more flexibility by allowing colored lamps lamps without having to use colors inside the condition.
