The game crashed on me while editing a rail junction. As I heard a train approach, I placed down a section of track in the junction that caused two signal blocks to be joined, one of which was reserved by the train. Then the game crashed.
The green track is what I placed to crash the game. The train approached from the right:
The railway only has one train running, and one on a disconnected track in manual mode.
I have attached the most recent autosave before the crash, and the Factorio log. (It is previous because I re-opened the game). The stack trace mentions RailBlock::cancelReservation.
I have tried to replicate it a few times but haven't had success. I might have placed the rails just as the train was passing the block signal (it was pretty close) but I'm not good enough at timing it to test.

Thanks for the report. It should be fixed for the next version of 0.15.
