[15.2] Crash on: "NetworkModStartupSetting::NetworkModStartupSetting"

Headless Server running on Windows 8.1 x64 with the latest ZIP of Factorio v0.15.2. Simple "Deathworld" map without any mods. Just RDP logged into the machine and saw that the game crashed. Did not further analyzed it yet. I was not connected to the game when it crashed. It was an empty map but it seemed someone was there to build some minor crap. :-D

And maybe i should mention that all that stuff from row 195-209, where it says "c:\cygwin64\tmp\factorio-pvupdn" does not exist on my server. Neither does row 210 "f:\dd\vctools".

If it would be on your server, you would be the one fixing the bugs, not reporting them ;)
