Idea: new form of transportation. Similar in some ways to railroads.
Truck does not need a railroad to function, only stations and possibly waypoints. Trucks can have only limited about of wagons(or are a lot less powerful than locomotives), each wagon have smaller space than railroad wagon.
Also, they require less resources to build and comes to game earlier.

Have manually-drivable trucks unlocked along with the car, and self-driving trucks as a follow-up research project. The self-driving truck could require a regular truck a radar unit and a couple of processing units to build.
