Read map chunks recently-scanned/active-coverage status

On the map, recently-scanned/active radar coverage is shown by chunks being "brighter". I'd like to read this status to make scammer only allow reading chunks with recent/active radar coverage.

Just found it in the changelog Klonan posted:
  • - Added LuaForce::is_chunk_visible().
