It is the 5th level when playing in one go, but when starting from the menu the other 4 levels are group in 2 pairs as one level. So when so select to play level 3 you ingame get greeted with a friendly "level 5 ".
This post made me actually do the campaign so I could better judge the achievement. The moment I saw this map and how input/output chest are located I NOPE!ed out.
