[0.14.22]Multiple Desyncs on server

Post by ChurchOrganist »

Today I have been unable to login to my i-craft.de free server without desyncing, taking anyone else present on the server with me.

I seem to be the only person having problems though.

This is a vanilla game with no mods present.

I have saved two of the desync reports here........
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7cZM0 ... sp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7cZM0 ... sp=sharing

The map has been getting quite big, with severe pollution and biter activity just starting to pick up.

I have noticed that the server has been blipping with the "Unable to contact server" message quite frequently during map download - not sure whether this is relevant.

Should you wish to try logging in yourselves, the server is !GPG! Server #531 - ChurchOrganist@i-craft.de
Password is JSB1750

Thanks for the report. This should be solved for 0.15.

The desync is around a pipe next to an assembling machine crafting express belts at position {201.5, -62.5}. The assembling machine was fast-replaced with a different direction which is currently broken and results in desyncs in 0.15. Restarting the server (saving, exit, load) will fix the desync loop and allow people to join again until we get the full fix out in 0.15.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

Thanks :)

I was actually in that vicinity, which was probably why it was affecting me and no-one else.
