FPS/UPS Show

Simple question!
How do i show UPS on the screen.

Saw on youtube videos that people have UPS/FPS displayed on screen.

I am having some performance issues and trying to figure it out but cant find a way to show ups.
On the screen i can see the only FPS counter hidden behind mini-map (it is slightly see-trough and I can see it behind).

Hit F4 and tick show_fps on the "always" tab.
