Multiplayer loading Errors

Hey there,
Im quite new to the Factorio universe but there is an issue I need some Help on.

In general the problem is with the maploading in a local Multiplayer game.
I just host a game with the default settings with only "Lan" in the settings and Im connected to my friend via Hamatschi.
We have a stable connection, hosting is fine and no doubt my computer is good enougth for hosting, when I load my map for myself it is a matter of seconds and the hardware is barly used.
But here is the issue...
When my friend wants to join it works fine too the loadingscreen, saying "Loading Map" or sth. like that... This process takes for ever, having an average Downloadspeed of 5 to 10 kB/s.
After the loading and Catching up is done the game still limets the transmission for the other player to a maximum of 26 kB/s. it is overall a good gameplay but with incresing Mapsize the loading takes up too 45 min to now.

Here is what we tried:

Toggle the Firewalls On and off on secure connection mode
Switch Host to my friend, followed by same Problems

I live in a big Apartmen with my up and download reaching 100Mb/s at least (yes upload too...)
The Network of my friend ist not much worse than mine...

We dont use any mod till now.

Hamachi is the problem, it limits the download speed to the 5-10 kb/s you mentioned.
