Some background: I generally use 3 efficiency 1 modules per assembly machine 3. Anyway, when I mouse over such a machine, the right panel "jitters," as it tries to accommodate the width of the "energy consumption" property of the assembler. (This must have changed in some recent release? I feel I definitely would have noticed this before.)
This annoying jitter sometimes rises to the dignity of a bug. Here we have a very short animation of me trying and failing to hit the achievements button:

The situation is this: where the achievement button is, under it in the game window is an entity (again, an assembly 3 with 3 efficiency 1s). I move my mouse to the achievements button, the achievements button jumps. I move the mouse again, it moves away from the assembly 3, and it jumps back. It was pretty amusing, but seems like a UI bug.
Ideally we could stop the panel from jittering about. Possibly by making the information more concise somehow, breaking it in two lines, something, even widen. Or at least having the stuff below the right panel not be considered to be moused over, so that the right panel doesn't jitter as we try to use it, perhaps.
(Side note, possibly unrelated: now 20% of 210 kW is 41.9 kW? I guess there's some floating point stuff going on with precision and truncation. Maybe that's also why, seemingly recently, my fluid tanks seem to top off at 2.4k, not 2.5k?)
