Game does not fully load on start and flashes instead

Place for things which are bugs but we have no idea how to solve them. Things related to hardware, libraries, strange setups, etc.

Game does not fully load on start and flashes instead

I have not found any posts with this problem, so it seems to be unique. When I attempt to load up Factorio, it becomes a white screen, which is quickly deleted and replaced by more, causing it to seemingly flash. This happens consistently.
I have not yet tried to uninstall, and reinstall Factorio, or restart my computer. I will add more once I do.
EDIT: Restarting my computer fixed the problem.
