[14.22] Mod Install GUI Scaling at 4K

Couldn't find reports elsewhere.

I have this unusable gui at 4k Res with the default gui scaling (200%).Link
Scaling down to 100% fixes it and makes it usable. Link.
Also switching to a 1080p Monitor makes it usable at default scale.Link.
