[14.22]Delta between production stats and achievement stats

While working on the Iron Throne 3 achievement, I noticed a discrepancy between the achievement tracker and the production stats with respect to iron plates built in the past hour. The achievement tracker shows 367K, while the one hour production stats shows 363K. The first screenshot shows these two numbers.

The achievement is not showing a previous high value. I hadn't even gotten Iron Throne 2 before I did Iron Throne 3.

To do the achievement, I buffered 400K iron plates. While doing so, I had my iron smelting completely stopped. The second screenshot (actually just a different cropping of the same screenshot) shows how iron smelting was at zero an hour previously.

I could see the achievement tracker not being updated as often as production stats, but it's ahead and not behind. I could also see this being a 1024/1000 issue, but the difference is closer to 1% than 2.4%

I don't have a save from when this was happening, so the screenshot is all that I have to go on.

The achievement stats are absolute numbers. The "per hour" are average. Look at the total section and they should match unless you've reloaded the save while playing since achievements are tracked outside of a given save file as well as in the save file (not all achievements are single-save - some like this one are accumulative).
