Insert pull fuel out from locomotive

If a 2 wagon train (LWWL dual head configuration) parks at a large (3 or more wagons) multi purpose station, the inserter would pull out fuel from locomotive. May you make locomotive accept insert only?

This sounds like a bad configuration on your part. You could use filtered inserters and place the train in the right location so the inserters don't pull from it to begin with.

There was already a longer discussion about how the train works with the inserters and the result is the current state, which seems to be most logical.
