This is a "small" starter base just with the stuff needed to make red/green/blue, military and high tech science. The last pack missing, because it's in a world of it's own.

The right side contains three steel smelters

Mods: The Research Revolution used by Xterminator in the 0.15 science let's play. He fixed some things in the Research Revolution. Creative Mode used to automatically erase packs as they are created and prevent blocking from messing with the production stats.

I hope 10 minutes was long enough to handle throughput for intermediate items that do block.
