[0.14.21] [mac]Crash on world load in multiplayer

Post by lucasrcarlson »

So I recently started a world with my friend, its not that large yet, and whenever I load the world the game crashes and told me to report the crash here. I have to force quit factorio for it to quit, cmd + q doesn't work. I will note that I have only experienced this bug when loading a multiplayer game. Also after a few tries I can get the game to load and play it with my friend.

This is what it told me to copy and put into the bug report.

oops sorry about that they're attached now...

I have been playing with my friend sense the initial bug report and in-between that time we installed afraid of the dark mod, I don't think that info will be useful because the game was crashing before and after the the install but I thought I should say it just in case.

The error said to post the *log file* not the log file directory path :P

I think it's a duplicate of this issue: viewtopic.php?t=39250

It is fixed for 0.15, until then disable LAN visibility when creating the multiplayer game.
If you have Hamachi installed that might be the cause, uninstalling it will most likely fix it.
