I run a private Headless server running ArumbasAngelBobs Mod ver 0.1.12
After about 24 hrs of game-time on the Mod Map, I started experiencing problems placing objects, including, but not limited to; Tracks, Splitters and tunnels.
In this short youtube video you can see me placing red tracks in a diagonal pattern (Northwest to south-east), only for the tracks to warp into an west-east going line.

This issue occurred only to me and not the other players on the server, so I reinstalled the game (Steam ver.) with no luck.
Then I uninstalled/deleted everything (incl. the data in the AppData folder) and installed the non-steam version.
This failed to resolve the issue, however I found that changing my in-game name resolved the issue temporarily.
This is probably a user control issue on the server, but I am at a loss as how to fix it, so here goes a bug report.

Try pressing 'Shift + f'

That's one of the mods you're using. Something along the lines of "snap" something. There's probably a control in the controls section that turns it on and off.
