I can only guess what has happened here from the information provided:
The first error is probably due to the fact that you updated the refining mod, but not the petrochem mod.
The second error should have been solved by now.

Petrochem mod is also actual (0.4.1).. as all other your mods.
ps: maybe deleting of the barrels is happening because the old technology of bareling is not replaced during upgrade 0.54=>0.6.4 ? And after update i must again learn this technology(Barreling).

I do some research and here is history of today upgrade:
angelsinfiniteores 0.4.5 => 0.5.2
angelsbioprocessing 0.2.1 => 0.3.0
angelspetrochem 0.3.3 => 0.4.1
angelsrefining 0.5.4 => 0.6.4
rso-mod 2.2.7 => 2.3.3

angelscomponents 0.1.0
angelslogistics 0.1.1

And the main problem for me is:

because I can get fluorite ore only from acid gas in small ammount, but not from fluoric wasted water. All i want is update the recipes for Hydro Plant and clear barreling technology migration.

fluoric water gives fluorite, acid gas give hydrofluoric acid. angel' fluorite is not compatible with uraniumpower fluorite. angel's fluorite can be made into hydrofluoric acid.

I'm uploading a new version for refining with a tweak to geodes and an extended migration for older versions, hope that helps.

I will try to merge the fluoric ores in one of the next versions.

Wow, now Hydro Plant new recipes is updated correctly in angelsrefining_0.6.5. Thank you wery much for this quick fix.

No i not need fluorite for Uranium mod purpose, but just for fluoric acid for refining, so without correct water treatment recipes all refining chain was broken.

Hi Arch666Angel.
Quick FYI: The change log for Angel's Refining is showing 0.6.4 twice on mods.factorio.com. Last one should be 0.6.5?

It might just be me, but I noticed the algae farms no longer produce pastes. The bio-lab completely halted and I couldn't find them in any other building.

I know that this question could be set many time but all the same I will ask - where to put indecently large amount of sulfur?
I'm plaing with shinybob's mod and i have found that the recipe for explosives was changed, its not requiring sulfur no more, and that not convenient, acid override mods installed and disabled, so i have several acids in chemical processing

This problem with ardent and sulfuric waste water has ripened long ago and requires to itself very close attention

Why why why sulfuric dioxide recipe requires only 1 sulfur and 5 oxygen for 5 sulfur dioxide, why not 2 or 3 or 4 or 5

I don't like to use clarifier for wasting water because i'm loosу some resources like mineralized water and purified water - i need mineralized water to get mineral sludge

Any ideas people?

You can use crushed stone to get mineralized water.
Agree but i need big amount of stone or specifically slag. because stone isn't generating with angel mods

In the Hydro Plant, when I mouse over the product (highlighted in purple) it's name is not shown. What is displayed is the box shown in yellow. This happens for the Electrolyser too, maybe others as well?

you get stone from crushing ores, so that should not be an issue.
unless you turn all crushed stone into stone and then smelt it for blocks (which are needed for some buildings, but you should still have lot of crushed stone available, i usually "waste" surplus stone on making paths, since you get +20% speed on that)

This is how base game works. It has nothing to do with Angels mods.
