[0.14.22] Cannot use compound icons in technology

From this thread it may seem that it should be possible, however, the following prototype definition results in error:

I may be wrong, but it'd be good to have that explained somewhere.

The icons property isn't supported for technologies in 0.14. I added support for it in 0.15.
