Coordinates based richness

It's simple idea, just make distant deposits more rich. It'll save challenge of connecting new deposits midgame, but it'll also reduce lategame headache of connecting new deposits.

If I recall correctly, this has already been implemented in Factorio since version 0.13. Are you suggesting that this increase in richness should be more extreme?
