mods.factorio.com login issue

might not explain my self well so bear(gerr) with me

i AM logged in via factorio.com, and can use same login to access forums.factorio.com.
the problem is with mods.factorio.com, i cant loggin "Invalid username or password"
so im thinking i need to make a new one, well name taken. ok new name, e-mail taken so it clearly has my account on there

so password wrong? well perhaps but i can log out of forums and main sight and log back in with no issues.

so to sum it up i am trying to download https://mods.factorio.com/mods/primedea ... sAngelBobs and i cant loggin to be able to

factorio.com and forums.factorio.com use different accounts. You need to log in with your factorio.com account

yes, but there most the "same" loggin as in there same name password and everything so my username and password should work

are you sure you can use that password to log in to factorio.com?

There are 2 separate accounts:
1. Forum account - for forums only.
2. Factorio account - for factorio.com and mods page.

If you did not set identical passwords on them they will be different.

Ignore the forums account, it's not related to the factorio.com / mods.factorio.com account.

factorio.com and mods.factorio.com use the same user/password db, so the login should be identical. If you can login/logout to factorio.com but not to mods.factorio.com then try resetting your password: https://www.factorio.com/request-password-reset

I checked your account, and everything looks fine, you should have no problem logging into the mod portal with your website account
