I found a bug in Factorio. Where coul I report it?

Recievers

Example condition: "Work only if the count of Alien science pack is lower than 50."
Smart inserter is the only machine that can act depending on the state of the network. When it is connected to the network, it is possible to set up the condition:
Item this condition should depend on
Type of the condition (less then, bigger then, equal)
Value, integral number connected with the condition.

Fixed. You know how you can correct those bugs yourself?

Thanks. The FAQ? no, although I have HTML experience. - The Wiki? I could imagine how it would be edited except I don't believe I have the permissions necessary to make any changes. I had looked.

Is there something I can do to correct bugs like those myself?

To edit our wiki, you need to create account, which is then manually activated.
I know this is pain in the ass, but we had huge problems with spambots, our wiki was almost lost due to the problems with spam once.
