Lags on Multiplayer

Hi There,

I've got a big issue on my multiplayer map. Basically game became very laggy ( literally it's unplayable) for example if you press left cursor you need about 3 seconds before my character moves etc. It's only two of us on the server and both of us do experience lags. We have build proper Megabase with nearly 2GW power usage. A lot fo mods incl. Bob's. When I load our map on single player there is no lags at all. I've got a server from well known host provider and I'm renting highest possible spec. server.
