[14.21] Crash on: "d3d_reset_state"

when i start Factorio at first, it work
but! crash will start from 2nd
after shut down 'first start'
i tried strat factorio, but only 'crash report' answer me
also first start after reboot PC, it work
but 2nd crash come again

Does it still happen if you change renderer to OpenGL as Loewchen suggested?
