[14.21] Crashed in C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3d9.dll on start

Upon opening the game on my desktop it immediately crashes. It runs fine on my laptop, attached is the error log. No mods are installed, and the game was running fine with the current save on my laptop.

Just did that, still didn't open the game. Same message attached is the log again.

Editing the config file did not work, however changing the steam launch parameters did. Not sure why, but it works now. thanks!
