I've tried searching the forums, but searching for any words that make sense bring up tons of unrelated threads. My sincere apologies if this has been suggested before.

After attempting to go through the outdated mod creation tutorial (linked on the front page of the modding portal), I realize how much of modding could be simplified with an app. For version 1.0 of the game, it would be very cool if such an application were included.
