[0.9.8] Input Delay

Hello. I have been playing Factorio, and I've been getting some very noticeable input lag. It happens about 4 times a minute, with a delay of up to 3 seconds, averaging at 2s.
This is not due to my factory. I know this because it happens on new maps as well.
FPS: 60.
Low graphics is on.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION: I tried running it in administrator mode, and it seems to work now.

GPU: nVidia GeForce GT 610 1GB
RAM: 4 GB, DDR2
HDD: 7200rpm 15 GB free/280GB
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64bit

Your processor is very weak, I'd say it's the bottleneck. Whether it's causing the problem or not is another question.

Maybe it's the autosave? Although 4 times a minute is a bit much. Hmm... most likely the processor.

I've just ran it in Administrator mode, and it seems to be working fine now.
