Hello Guys, today is the 25th December and my Parents bougth me the game with a gift code, but i have already the game! So my question is, how can i refund the game?

You shouldn't refund it, but re-gift it to someone else who would enjoy the game and make their christmas
You could also donate it to the reddit Factorio giveaway.

I would definitely gift a friend (or a girlfriend if you have one)! That's too good game to even consider refund
