[14.21] Crash on load

The save file in attachment consistently crashes factorio for me. I'm using several mods as can be seen in the log file.

I found line 92 of the log file ('factorio-current-no-temp-dir.log') interesting:

I noticed that factorio removes this directory on startup. I tried to put it back after factorio started (but before I loaded the game). This time I got another error, see 'factorio-current-with-temp-dir.log', line 93:

This save is actually one of the autosaves of the game I am playing. Unfortunately, opening the other two autosaves gives similar results. I can still open an older save of the same level, but I would lose several hours of progress. Besides, it might happen again.

I hope I have given enough information for this problem to be reproduced, if I've forgotten anything, don't hesitate to ask.

This particular issue is fixed for 0.15 and is caused by mods disabling and enabling already disabled inserters. If you have any mods that do that just don't use them for now.
