Late game annoyance

As far i know a Plane in GTA is stopped by a few passengers ,like instantly. So the guy about saying "non existant physics in Factorio" ,GTA has physics and it also happens there. Besides that, on my first game i found it abnormal that the train was stopped. I saw no reason. Later i found that i avoid this issue if i completely wall of my base.

Then i thought, why did they implement that bugs can stop my train, if i wall off my base anyway?
