Is it possible to find out the open requests of a logistic network?

What I want: I want to automatically request items to my outpost, that are currently needed via the logistic train network.

What I need: A way to find out, what my outpost currently needs.

That is dependent on:
- Construction/Blueprints: Number of needed items to be placed for ghosts
- Number of unfulfilled requests for items of the logistic request chests

Can that be calculated somehow?
Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.
