Factorio Cannot generate world/play a saved game.

I have been unable to play factorio at all today due to an issue I haven't had to deal with in the past. Whenever I load up a save I receive this error:

Notice. Opening zip C://Users/Me/AppData/Roaming/Factorio/saves/Stream World.zip failed: Result too Large

I'm saddened about that for I finally got all of tier 3 researched, but that is not a major concern.

My major concern is this error right here:

Attached below is a log for Factorio. I have restarted my computer, deleted all local files, and reinstalled countless times. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, from the log and video you provided, it seems the game doesn't have rights to wipe contents of its temp folder. Try to delete folder %APPDATA%\Factorio\temp yourself and then try to generate new world again.

As for error you get when trying to load a save, it might be caused by the temp folder, but this error is usually caused by corrupted ZIP file that contains saved data. So try to delete temp first and if generating new world works, try to load the save (or some autosave).

The Problem started Yesterday, I was playing fine the night before.

This seems to be the issue, inside "Roaming\Factorio\temp\currently-playing" is a folder called locale and when I attempt to access it, I get this error.

I tried to delete the folder and cannot. I am unsure of how to proceed.

First try to reboot your computer and then delete it again. If that doesn't work, try to run scan disk on C drive (In File Explorer open This Computer, right click C drive and select Properties, navigate to Tools tab and click Check button in Error checking section). After it finishes try to delete the folder again.

It gives me no reason why I cannot delete the folder, It just doesn't delete. I attempted through normal means and also tried using the command prompt. I am currently running chkdsk on my drive in hopes that it will fix/delete the issue at hand. My computer is currently at 18% so it might take a while. I will be back on with the results of the corruption scan.

After running a chkdsk scan on my hard drive and waiting two hours factorio is up and running again, and the first place it spawns me is the smallest representation of japan with no resources...
