a friend of my found some left overs from test build ( scripts )
if you type /c game.player.insert("loader")

you will get the loaders you talked about a time ago..
and the rail gun aswell Just like the small plane or the coin ( campaign mission )
/c game.player.force.recipes["small-plane"].enabled=true

Yes, they're in the game on purpose. They're not available unless you use console commands as you've seen.
