[0.9.7] Not everything deconstructed

#1 is before, #2 is after deconstruction.

When loading #2 you see, that some entities keep left: A furnace and a steel chest. Because they are filled with stuff. This is another bug. This bug is, that because of different speed of deconstruction, it can happen, that entities aren't deconstructed, because the roboport is removed before everything else can be deconstructed.

In every case this bug is a small bug and not needed to be fixed within the next versions.

Hello, I finally fixed the bug of not enough construction robots (just 1) moving items away of an object, it is now fixed for 0.9.8
