Browse Mods : Add support for PgUp and PgDn

The Factorio Mod community is HUGE, and there are an awesomely large number of mods. I think it would be great if the PgUp and PgDn keys worked and that they let you go up and down an entire page worth of mods.

The current way I use it, is to browse over the website and look for interesting mods and use the in-game-browser only for downloading. But there are of course improvements planned.
