This is just a company with the same name. And as they are in different businesses there is no problem with name rights.

I didn´t think of any problems because of naming rights.

I just thought it a hilarious coincidence that a small company in the field of smart industry, with a factorio-like name and the slogan "factory solutions - your industry under control" is located just 10 km away from them!
