CIrcuit network, judging by the thread title.
I assume meaning, if you attach a wire to a mine, it outputs "Expected Resources".
Some issue with "Per second" infinite resources, I suppose.

Yes, this is exactly it. Sorry that wasn't clear. I'd like to be able to approximate my available remaining ground resources both per-outpost and as an aggregate.

This was implemented in 0.15.0. Just wait patiently for the next experimental major version 
You can also set a miner to scan the entire ore patch to more easily calculate the resources.
