Looking for players to form a team playing at 20-22 CET

Hello,

I am looking for players that are willing to play as a team fairly regularly at around 20-22 CET (19-21 GMT). The rules are:
1. You must be able to communicate in English via the voice chat. It doesn't have to be a good English, it is enough that you can understand what others are saying and communicate basic things. Please don't be afraid if your English (especially accent) is not good.
2. Before each game we will agree on what is going to be played (goals) and how are we going to achieve it (the plan). Generally short games and speed runs are preferred (for example Supply Challenge speed run might be good for the 1st meeting) but we may also do some mega projects that span multiple days.
3. Generally vanilla game, at least for the beginning.
4. Anyone can join the team, no matter what is their experience.
5. We do not have a single leader. Once the team is formed everyone is of the same importance. Especially if I cannot play on a given day this does not mean that we do not play on that day.
