I connected two power switches to my network, using them to isolate my steam engines, boilers, and mining drills from the rest of the network. However, once I disconnected the power lines and reconnected them to the power switches, I noticed something very odd: Although I have only built and placed ten steam engines, the electrical network info screen reported there being twelve of them. Even stranger, once I turned off the power switches(isolating my power plants), there was still a small current from these two extra 'phantom' engines running through the segregated network.
Reconnecting the power lines separated by one(but not necessarily both) of the power switch causes the electrical network information screen to return to correctly reporting ten steam engines, and disconnecting it returns to the incorrect state of showing MORE steam engines.
Included is the game zip.

Re: [0.14.20][Windows] Power Switch-related steam engine bug
It is this one: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=28249, was already fixed but broke again.
The issues reported are actually no bugs, but the higher load on the two steam engines that are in two (per switch connected) networks is (networks 401 and 43 in the east). The incorrect number of steam engines when all switches are closed (12 instead of 10) was a won't fix if I remember correctly but it was handled in a different report that I can not find.
Keep in mind that when loading the save file you have to reconnect the switches!
