[request] Slot reservation for cargo trains

Like the interface slot reservation i wish me the same for the cargo trains.

This can't be done by mod, but I was planning to have this in the game, so I will do it for 0.10

Slot reservations in wagons is nice. Also item-reservations for slots? Cause I think it doesn't make sense to limit only the amount of cargo.
