Desync when rejoining map

Desync when rejoining map

Me and my friend have played a lot of modded Factorio together mostly 0.13.20.

But now that we have moved to 0.14.19 (Stable atm) we are running into desync loops. And we cannot rejoin a game no matter who host the saved game. I have tried to find some info on the desync stuff in Factorio, but cannot find the problem myself. Is there a guide, that shows what to look for or what is the most likely reason for the desync?
