[0.14.19] filter on loader cant be copied

[0.14.19] filter on loader cant be copied

You cant copy over the set filters from one loader to another loader. Since the loader is left ingame and even used for some scenarios it would be nice if that functionality could be added to the loader.

Additional request: Does this include setting filters from wire conditions?

The loader isn't connectible to the circuit network
