Help Please My Game Won't Even Open Now !!

I went in to the MODs and tried installing a MK4 Armor, then it reloaded and crashed out with this error <

Now the game loads to that point has the error and crashes it wont even load to the main screen ?

I have deleted all local content on Steam and re installed, still the same error ?

Help ?

A mod you've installed doesn't work properly. Open the mods folder by going to %appdata%\Factorio\mods and remove the mod(s) that are causing the problem.
