Fixxing the borked oil in 0.14

So when will the fix to this come out?

Still playing on 13.20 bcuz of the oil generation becoming completely borked & broken in 0.14 :<

well.. it is broken tho... to test it out i created a new 0.14 game
default settings all over

ran north til individual ore-tiles yielded 35-45k each TILE

Oil? Still around 100-150%

Oil around spawn was 40-60%


That's... not really how it should stack up right? xD

Remember that windfall oil scales quadratically with yield %, so 100% yield versus 50% yield is actually 4 times as much windfall oil, not 2 times as much.
