[0.14.17] Incompatible item configuration on pole loses wire

When you have copied an item configuration from a chest or a filter inserter and paste it onto an electric pole the pole looses all its wiring for no reason. Since it does not make sense to copy an item configuration like "Block the bottom 2 rows of the chest" and paste it on an electric pole anyway, the electric pole shouldn't loose all its wiring and simply ignore this action.

How to reproduce:

• Build two electric poles which are connected
• Place a chest
• Limit the space in the chest for inserter
• Copy the item configuration of the chest
• Paste the item configuration on an electric pole

Expected behavior: Nothing happens
Actual behavior: Electric pole looses wiring

However shift + click is the key binding for disconnecting wires from power poles,
So this isn't a bug
